I am so happy and proud that you are looking at the About page.
Why?
Because research says, an Active Human is someone who has the energy to go through the entire day, has a positive mindset, takes balanced nutrition, sleeps well, exercises regularly, removes toxicity, prevents chronic diseases, looks forward to life, and feels worthy of its existence.
But what we have become? We lack energy, our bloating and gut irritation are at all-time high, Sleep quality is low and inconsistent, we eat processed food often due to uncontrollable lifestyle factors, we are irritated, we feel depressed more often, and lifestyle diseases have become part of us and our family members, we lack daily exercise and the worst thing is we are lacking a positive feeling about our impact on our society. Basically, we are not so awesome humans anymore.
I am now doing deep research into understanding chronic diseases and reversing them. I also research about our daily good and bad habits and their long-term impact. I understand Gut Health, Insulin Resistance, Inflammation, Oxidative Stress, and Irritation in detail. Above all, I also write about Sleep Improvement, Positive Mindset Building, Toxicity Removal, Nutrition Correction, and Effective Exercises (Movements).
Idea is to become Active Humans Again, Together.
Little background about me:
I am a Chemist and Biochemist by education from IIT Kharagpur (India), a Researcher by Passion, and a New product development professional in Nutraceuticals, Ayurveda, and Personal Care products. My past formulations have been working in Gut Health, Metabolic Health, Hair-fall Reduction, IBS, Anti-Aging, Immunity Improvement, PCOS Management, UTI Prevention, Kids Health and many more.
I have been putting a lot of effort into going through a lot of research papers, digging deeper into whether they are motivated by some funding and if the results are genuine. I will link all the research papers in my post itself for you to cross-verify.
