Bypassing the massive oversimplification of inflammation some of the hacks are decent.

1. Yes except incorrect about seed oils

2. Yes but when sugar is substituted with artificial sweeteners there are better health outcomes in humans.

3 and 4. Great

5. Lol way off.

8. The blood markers he mentioned are non-specific, meaning they can be caused by many, many, many different things. Therefore, they don't offer any *actionable* insight.
